Are you an artist with a connection to Heywood in Rochdale, looking for opportunities to showcase your creativity? 

Rochdale Borough Council is inviting local artists that have lived, worked or have a connection to Heywood to submit proposals for your artwork to be projected on the ground of the soon to be refurbished Heywood Peine Square, that sits just outside the Heywood Civic in the centre of Heywood.

The top two submissions will be selected by a community panel, and the successful artists will be awarded £400 each.

The project is being delivered by Rochdale’s Culture Coop, working in partnership with Rochdale Development Agency on behalf of Rochdale Borough Council.

Artists of all ages and levels of experience are welcomed for this exciting opportunity.
